HOW IT WORKS
In use a batter stands in position at the open end of THE V and plays
toward the sharp end of THE V.
Some of the energy of the struck ball is absorbed by the net before
being deflected and returned into the stike zone through a range of
angles and speeds. This allows for continuous shot play.
The batter syncronises their movements with the moving ball and plays
toward specific areas of the net or imaginary gaps in the field.
Cricketers can develop and fast track key batting skills including
weight transfer balance, rhythm and timing building confidence and
enjoyment of the game.
Experienced players can increase strength and condition rhythm with quality repetitions.
Studies show that improved timing leads to increased accuracy associated
with increased motor performance as well as changes in the brains
activity patterns related to those movements.
